I lead the Pilates lessons. Otherwise, I primarily focus on Pilates and Golfpilates – systems to build a strong, flexible and stable body, to prevent back pain, increase performance and concentration, and improve breathing. Pilates can also be utilized as a compensatory exercise for other sports.
