During the indoor cycling lesson you burn 400 to 800 kcal, which is much more than in aerobics. We will motivate you to produce a top performance on the stationary bike. Ride along to the rhythm of the music, pedal to the beat and try to overtake your instructor! We recommend this as a means of weight loss that does not burden the joints and helps shape the figure, especially the buttocks and legs.
