After an intense sauna session, immerse yourself in the cold plunge pool and treat your body to quick refreshment that completes the entire sauna ritual. Cooling down in water with a temperature of 7–12 °C helps constrict blood vessels, stabilize circulation, and at the same time strengthen the immune system. This step is the perfect conclusion to your relaxation – it restores balance to the body and supports regeneration. We recommend limiting your stay in the pool to a maximum of 3 minutes for optimal effect without straining the body.
