Enjoy the gentle warmth and soothing atmosphere of the tepidarium, a heated room with a temperature of 35–40 °C and low humidity. This environment is ideal for gradually warming the body, which naturally activates the immune system – just as the ancient Romans knew.
The tepidarium is located in the Roman baths section. The space is scented with citrus essential oils, whose fresh aroma has a positive effect on the mind and respiratory tract.
