Discover the HYROX Zone at Aquapalace Fitness

Starting mid-August, we are introducing a brand-new zone dedicated to the globally popular HYROX competition format. This workout combines running with eight specific exercises that test your strength, endurance, and mental resilience. It's perfect for both performance athletes and passionate amateurs looking for a new challenge.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is an international fitness competition consisting of eight rounds that alternate between 1 km of running and functional workouts. In total, participants complete 8 km of running and 8 challenging tasks. The exercises include rowing, sled pushes and pulls, lunges, box jumps, and heavy object carries.

What will you find in our HYROX Zone?

Our new zone is equipped with everything you need to prepare for a HYROX competition – rowing machines, sleds for pushing and pulling, jump boxes, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. You’ll also find space for running drills and circuit training inspired by the real competition environment.
