Breakfast Week at Fitness Aquapalace Prague

Start your morning full of energy and comfort! Throughout the whole week, you can enjoy a rich breakfast at our fitness center to kick-start your day the right way.

When: Every day from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Where: Right inside our fitness zone
What to expect: Fresh fruit, cereals, protein treats, and other healthy goodies!

Come and enjoy a relaxed morning — whether it’s after your workout or just because. Breakfast is free for all visitors, just stop by!

Eat before or after your workout?

That’s a question many people ask. The answer depends on your goals, training time, and personal preferences.

If you train early and prefer working out on an empty stomach:
A short and light session can be done without breakfast — your body will use energy reserves from the day before.

For more intense workouts or maximum performance:
A light breakfast 30–60 minutes before your session (like a banana, yogurt, or oatmeal) will give you energy and improve your performance.

After training:
Don’t forget to refuel with protein and carbs within 60 minutes. It helps your body recover and build muscle.

Tip: Listen to your body. If fasted workouts don’t suit you, eat a light breakfast beforehand. If training without food works for you, enjoy a solid breakfast right after.
