Fitness workout with a focus on MMA
MMA workout is a lesson focused on the development of physical fitness, dynamics and strength. The exercise takes place through alternating exercise and rest. It includes exercises you know from classic circuit training, but MMA Workout is extended to include exercises from martial arts (e.g. jockey run, kicks, punches, various exercises with the kettlebell, ropes, etc.), which are used by the best fighters. Beginners do not need to worry - the pace and the load are tailored individually to each client. Lessons are open to everyone, from kids through active athletes to retired people.
