I have been doing sports and exercise since I was a little boy, because I am still an active handball player and coach. In my coaching practice, I focus primarily on the comprehensiveness and efficiency of exercise. I focus on improving performance, strength training for beginners and the more advanced, weight-reduction exercise, improving physical fitness, addressing muscle imbalances, muscle mass training, improving body posture, nutrition and healthy lifestyle advice, mobilization exercises and stretching, and reconditioning exercises after injuries."
