WATER AEROBICS

Water aerobics is a full-value cardiovascular endurance and strength exercise providing improvement of physical condition. When exercising in water, the load on joints is minimized and the heart rate levels are lower than in other aerobic activities. That makes water aerobics suitable for all age categories.



Water aerobics at Aquapalace Praha takes place in the swimming pool of the Palace of Relax under the guidance of experienced instructors. One lesson lasts 55 minutes and both the entrance and reservations are provided by the reception desk of the Fitness gym.
