SWIMMING FOR PREGNANT WOMEN

Swimming belongs amongst the recommended activities during pregnancy. Water facilitates motion as it alleviates the body and helps to overcome gravitation. Physical exercise in water is more intensive thanks to the water resistance which produces better effect in the body problem parts. Regular swimming contributes to the enhancement of your physical condition during pregnancy.

You can start to swim after the 1st pregnancy trimester, i.e. after the 12th week of pregnancy.
