SAUNA CEREMONIALS
Try any of our range of the unique sauna ceremonials.
If you do not know this term yet, let us acquaint you with what it is about. You will certainly not hesitate to try some afterwards and will take a fancy for it.
A sauna ceremonial in the Finnish sauna takes about ten minutes. It is very pleasant right from the beginning. A sauna professional pours a mixture of aromatic essence in water to the hot stones to perfume the room and to increase the air temperature by several degrees as well as the relative air humidity. Afterwards, he or she stirs the warm steam to the whole sauna cabin with a towel. The whole procedure is repeated twice or three times. In conclusion, the sauna specialist holds the towel firmly in his or her hands and with a forceful wave drifts the hot air from the ceiling down to produce so called “steam stroke”, which warms up the body even more.
The most popular of all is the honey ceremonial, during which you spread your honey on all your body. The skin thus gets smooth and soft.
Another ceremonial can be applied in the steam bath – the salt peeling. Rub the salt into the skin and let it actuate jointly with the warm steam. Massage the salt in to improve the capillary return. After dissolving and absorbing into the skin, the salt perfectly disinfects it. Your skin will be smooth and soft.
