SPGroup, a.s.

SPGroup was established in 1995 as a holding company of SPG Group, whose business line consisted mainly in purchase, holding and sale of majority interests in other companies, in management of common stock of its subsidiaries and in maintenance and increase of the value of its other assets.

In present, SPGroup mainly holds property shares in industrial enterprises, companies providing both financial and non-financial services, real-estate companies and companies implementing developer projects.

The strategy of the Group reposes upon three key pillars – investments into industrial enterprises, financial and non-financial services, and, finally, the field of real estates. While the Group is searching for new projects enabling expansion in these fields, it does not resist to initiate completely new acquisitions beyond these areas. The key non-financial services are provided by the advertising agency, trade-fair company, software company, real-estate company, wellness centre Aquapalace Praha or recently opened hotel.
