VIP PASSES – STRUCTURE OF INSTALMENTS

  • The applicant shall receive an invoice on CZK 15.000,- with the following structure of separate instalments.
  • Instalments schedule:
o 1st instalment of CZK 6.000,-
o 2nd instalment of CZK 3.000,- as of the 20th day of the third month of the 1st quarter, payable by last day of the 1st quarter;
o 3rd instalment of CZK 3.000,- as of the 20th day of the third month of the 2nd quarter, payable by last day of the 2nd quarter;
o 4th instalment of CZK 3.000,- as of the 20th day of the third month of the 3rd quarter, payable by last day of the 3rd quarter;
  • Once we receive the 1st instalment on our account, the client shall have right to collect his/her VIP Pass at the Fitness reception.
  • In case the client does not repay any of the instalments, we shall put the Pass on hold.
