FINNISH SAUNAS

Finnish saunas of Aquapalace Praha offer five heat cabins with temperatures from 60 °C to 110 °C and lower relative air humidity. Further two saunas are situated in the outdoor zone.



During the stay in the Finnish sauna the body intensively sweats, which leads to the contamination disposal of the skin and to the enhancement of metabolism.
