1. What are the air and water temperatures?
Air temperature is 30 °C, water temperature is 28 °C, water temperature in whirlpools is 34 °C.

2. What is the capacity of our water park?
The maximum instant capacity of the water park is 2.100 persons, as given by number of lockers.

3. What is the system of payment like in AQUAPALACE PRAHA?
After having paid the admission, every visitor receives a chip bracelet designed for locking of a safety box, a locker and for withdrawal of services offered at the premises of Aquapalace Praha. The service fees are added to the chip. The visitor pays the total amount for services withdrawn at the departure on the terminal cash desk.

4. We have a small baby in a pram. Is it possible to enter into the water park premises with the pram?

The entrance to the water park premises is unfortunately forbidden from sanitary and safety reasons to prams. You can leave your pram in the area of the cash desks. You can nevertheless bring a baby-bag or a baby car-seat to the pools.

5. Do you offer any benefits to the holders of ZTP handicapped cards and is it possible for wheelchair users to get barrier-freely to the pools?
Companions of the holders of ZTP/P handicapped cards have free admission and the access to the swimming pool is barrier-free.

6. Is it possible to pay by benefit vouchers in AQUAPALACE PRAHA?
Yes, at the moment you can pay the admission with Flexi Pass, Relax Pass and Sodexho Gift Pass vouchers. We also accept the vouchers Ticket Multi, Ticket Gift and Ticket Sport and Culture from Accor Service.

7. May I wear bermuda shorts in the pools of the water park?
It is allowed to wear swimming suits of elastic close-fitting material without metal or other hard accessories. Bermuda shorts, shorts or American swimming suits with the sewn-in slips are acceptable too. All pockets of the swimming suit must be emptied.

8. Is it possible for my children of 10 – 11 years to come to the water park without accompaniment of an adult?
Yes, it is. The children of up to 12 years of age however need the “Parent's Approval” including the kids' names, your agreement with their entrance to the Water World and your signature. We will not allow the entrance into the Water World without such approval. Let us also warn you that such parent's approval does not transfer legal responsibility for the children to Aquapalace Praha.

9. Is there sufficient parking space at Aquapalace Praha? What is the parking fee?
There are 600 parking stands at two parking buildings. Parking is free of charge.

10. Is it possible to book or buy a ticket for precise time in advance?
Yes, you can book by means of our websites. You can pay by a payment card or repay the reservation fee of CZK 50 that will be subsequently deduced from your admission charge by the premium SMS.

11. Are there any shops at AQUAPALACE?
Yes, you will find here the shops selling swimming suits, sportswear and diving equipment. There is also a tobacco shop.

12. Can I receive up-to-date information from AQUAPALACE PRAHA to e-mail?
Yes, just register HERE. Upon the registration we will be regularly sending you newsletters with information on services, attractions and news at AQUAPALACE PRAHA.

13. I have heard that there is a diving pit at AQUAPALACE PRAHA. Is it possible to try it?
Yes, in the Palace of Relax, there is a 8m deep diving tube. You can make a test dive under guidance of a professional instructor from Olson company upon reservation. For reservation call tel: 272 680 069. More information available in section Water World – Diving Pit.
