DECALOGUE OF
SPA - WELLNESS VISITOR

Dear visitors,

Let us acquaint you in the following section with the Decalogue of Spa - Wellness Visitor. Our Decalogue should serve as a guide for easy observance of Visitor Rules.

The wording of the following section does not substitute the binding Visitor and House Rules, which should be strictly observed by all visitors and which are available for inspection at the entrance lobby and all premises of Aquapalace Praha.

1. Spa – Wellness is a mixed zone of therapeutic rooms (cosmetics, massage, private spa, balneotherapy, pedicure, manicure) for men and women. The stay in relaxation areas is permitted only in bathrobes and single-use slippers.
2. The entrance into the Spa – Wellness premises is forbidden to children of up to 15 years of age without permanent supervision of their parents.
3. The entrance into the individual therapeutic rooms is permitted only in company of the SPA staff.
4. All towels, bath towels and bathrobes are lent only and remain in ownership of Aquapalace Praha.
5. Take thorough shower before entering private whirlpool tubs.
6. Any person who by his/her presence or behaviour bothers other visitors, impairs morals of youth or breaches principles of personal hygiene shall be ordered out of SPA premises with no right on compensation.
7. Cosmetic, massage and other services are designed only for healthy persons and persons not suffering from skin diseases. All procedures are carried out at the visitor's risk.
8. Each visitor is obliged to inform in his/her own interest the competent staff (physiotherapists, cosmeticians) about their health condition.
9. The visitors shall respect instructions of receptionists and SPA/solaria service staff.
10. Using of solaria is subject to time limitations complying with the individual's skin type.
