CLASSES DESCRIPTION

To simplify your orientation in various terms used for different exercise blocks we have prepared the following overview with explanatory comment.

WATER AEROBICS
Aerobic exercise in water designed for all age categories.
  • Complete discharge of load on joints and spine
  • Heart rates in water reduced by 15% comparing to standard exercise

  • Water resistance enables muscle strength and endurance training
  • Rubbing effect thanks to the pressure of water on body surface

Water aerobics is a full-value cardiovascular endurance and strength training improving physical condition. Contrary to the standard aerobic exercise “aground”, this kind of training is suitable for all age and performance categories.

BODYSTYLING
Condition and strengthening exercise focused on body formation using various types of equipment (dumbbells, rubber-stripes, bars, steps, overballs)

JOINT EXERCISE OF PARENTS WITH CHILDREN
This exercising is designed for children of 2 to 6 years. In an active and entertaining form, the lesson includes exercises supporting psychomotoric development of the child. The instructor selects the exercises according to the health condition and age category of the child. The parents permanently exercise with their children under guidance of a qualified instructor.

DANCE AEROBICS
The lessons provide more sophisticated choreography composed of aerobic and dance elements. The exercise supports fat burning, physical condition enhancement and space coordination. It is appropriate for those who love dance and rhythmic music.

FITBALL
The large-sized ball has the same effect as a fitness machine but offers several benefits. First of all, it allows you to focus on a certain muscle part, which is why the exercise can be adapted on your specific needs. Second, it is ideal for gentle stretching and body building, efficiently correcting joint blocks of spine and pain. The exercise sensitively stretches and strengthens the whole body. Proper selection of exercises can focus on certain problem parts of the body. Fitball exercising is recommended to all age categories thanks to its individual approach to each client. It will get you relaxed and enhance your mental and physical condition. Recently, fitball exercising has found its way to the fields of physiotherapy and therapy of various disorders of locomotive and nervous apparatuses.

P-CLASS
Aerobic warming-up followed by anaerobic exercises with rubber stripes and dumbbells, focused on lower-body parts.

PILATES
Condition-enhancing exercising combining the elements of yoga, body building, and gymnastics focussing on proper respiration. Techniques traditionally used in dance or ballet. Its purpose is to strengthen weaker muscle groups, to reach physical balance and to get thus control over your body. The exercises are focused on even development of the whole body, improvement of body posture and enhancement of motion elegance. Pilates exercising takes advantage of various disbalance tools (e.g. various large-sized balls, core mats, etc.) The majority of exercises are carried out on a mat, with lower number of repetition and with maximum concentration on precision of execution. The key to success consists in interconnection of muscle work, mind and proper respiration. Pilates exercising is appropriate as a complement to other forms of aerobic exercise.

POWER YOGA
This exercising takes advantage of the combination of strengthening and stretching yoga exercises and concentrates on the body strength and elasticity, proper respiration, concentration on body motion and overall enhancement of physical and mental condition. It is also recommended as highly effective compensation for all fans of indoor cycling.

PREPARATORY CLASSES OF SPORTS AEROBICS
This class is designed for young people of 15 to 20 years. Classes for younger age categories (6-9, 10-14) can be added in case of interest. The preparatory classes of sports aerobics are adapted to the specific age category and – at the same time – prepare the gymnasts for competitions. Each training is focused on the technique of exercises with emphasis on physical condition of the gymnast. The training is divided into the preparatory, training, main and conclusive parts, with focus on strength, coordination and elasticity aspect of the overall physical condition.

STEP AEROBICS
Aerobic exercising on steps. Training of proper and effective execution, development of aerobic endurance.

TAE-BO
Aerobic exercising on high-speed music with elements of tae-kwon-do, karate and box. It is composed of simple techniques and their combination, without any choreography. The emphasis is put on proper technique of execution. Tae-bo rapidly enhances the overall physical condition and is suitable for women and men as well!!
