LOYALTY PROGRAM
General Conditions
Introductory Information
The Customer Loyalty program is designed for all visitors of Aquapalace Praha. We are respectful of the visitors of the largest water park in Bohemia and we want to provide them with the best services. This is one of the reasons why we present this Customer Loyalty Program, whose objective is to deepen relations with and acquiring of feedback from our customers.Part-taking in Customer Loyalty Program
All and any persons with permanent or temporary residence at the territory of the Czech Republic and over 18 years of age, all and any visitors of Aquapalace Praha meeting conditions of participation in the Customer Loyalty Program, i.e. acquiring points for services as listed in these General Conditions, have right to take part in the Customer Loyalty Program. The visitor may draw benefits of the Loyalty Program upon achievement of the specified number of points. Benefits withdrawal is subject to the submission of a Customer Card with filled-in contact data (needed for further drawing of Customer Cards) during the period of the Card validity.Points, Customer Card
The visitors shall receive one point (one label) for each CZK 100 paid for the services at Aquapalace Praha. The payments that provide the visitors with points include: payments performed at the entrance cash desk of AP, payments of additional charges for services of the Water World and saunas and payments in the restaurant in the entrance lobby. The labels (points) are distributed to the visitors at the entrance and terminal cash desks, and at the cash desk of the “dry” restaurant in the entrance lobby. The points are not provided for payments of the group admission and school collectives admission. The visitor shall stick the labels (points) received into the Customer Card, which is available at all cash desks of Aquapalace Praha. The customers will be offered a Customer Card automatically or will receive it upon request at the cash desks. The Customer Card is not issued or registered on the visitor's name until its submission and withdrawal of benefits.Services Included into Loyalty Program
The Program Participants shall receive points for payments of the following Aquapalace Praha services: admission to the Water World and saunas, payments in “wet” restaurant, Algida Bar, Coral Bar, Sauna Bar, diving tube, and “dry” restaurant in the entrance lobby.Benefits Levels
Levels of the Customer Loyalty program:10 points, i.e. for payments in Aquapalace Praha amounting at CZK 1.000
20 points, i.e. for payments in Aquapalace Praha amounting at CZK 2.000
30 points, i.e. for payments in Aquapalace Praha amounting at CZK 3.000
40 points, i.e. for payments in Aquapalace Praha amounting at CZK 4.000
50 points, i.e. for payments in Aquapalace Praha amounting at CZK 5.000
The visitors have right to choose on their own which of the five levels they want to achieve and which benefit they will draw.
Customer Card Validity and Benefits Withdrawal
The first Card of the Customer Loyalty Program shall be valid from 1st May 2009 to 31st December 2009. The Customers need to collect the points and draw the benefits within this period. After expiration of the Card validity it is impossible to draw the benefits for the collected points and the Card becomes ineffective! It is impossible to transfer the points or benefits to the successive period of the Customer Loyalty Program. The follow-up periods of the Customer Loyalty Program shall always be 6 months long, i.e. 1.1. - 30.6.2010, 1.7.-30.12.2010 etc., until the Program termination by its organizer. A new Card shall be issued for each successive period of the Loyalty Program, the validity of which is limited by the length of the period which it is issued for.The Participant of the Customer Loyalty Program shall have right to draw relevant benefit upon collecting of needed number of points into the Customer Card and upon acquiring of the designated level for the benefit withdrawal. The Program Participant shall submit and hand in the Customer Card indicating the number of collected points and including contact data at a cash desk of Aquapalace Praha at the moment he/she intends to use the relevant benefit. In case the Participant draws the benefits for 30, 40 and 50 points, he/she shall select from the benefit options offered. The Participant can use the benefit only before the end of the Loyalty Card validity.

Competitions, Drawing, Gifts
Another bonus for the Participants of the Customer Loyalty Program shall be the lottery (drawing of Customer Cards) for gifts from Aquapalace Praha, carried out on monthly basis. Such drawing of Customer Cards submitted in course of the terminated month shall be carried out each month by the 10th day after the completed month termination. The winner shall be contacted by e-mail indicated in his/her contact data to agree on the way of the prize (gift) handover.The prize shall be forfeited if it is demonstrably impossible to contact the winning Participant of the Customer Loyalty Program. The prize shall be also forfeited if the Participant does not collect it or draw the relevant benefit within 1 month from the moment he/she is notified thereof.
The prize for the winner of the monthly lottery for the period of 1.5.-31.12.2009 shall be the lease of the Small Private SPA for up to 4 persons and 2 hours including a dish of fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine!
Personal Data Protection
By his/her signing up, i.e. by submission of the filled-in Customer Card and benefit withdrawal, the customer explicitly gives his/her consent with collection, archiving and usage (including by means of electronic information systems) of his/her personal data indicated in the Customer Card to the company GMF Aquapark Prague, a.s. (hereinafter only “Company”), pursuant to the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data, for the period of the Customer Loyalty Program effectiveness, thus for the purposes of the Customer Loyalty Program and of the Program gift delivery, for the purposes of informing about new services provided by the Company and distribution of the Company's promotional materials. The Participant's personal data shall be disclosed only to the Company and its authorized personnel and/or contractual partners providing performance of the obligations implied by the Loyalty Program on behalf of the Company. The Participant acknowledges that this agreement with the aforementioned processing of his/her personal data is fully voluntary, that he/she shall be given access to such collected personal data and that he/she shall have right to ask the Company for correction and/or erasure of incorrectly or without authorization processed personal data and for explanation in re his/her personal data processing. The Participant also agrees to get offered/delivered marketing communications of the Company by means of electronic networks and/or electronic communication services.The Participant shall have right to update his/her personal data any time by sending of the up-to-date data by e-mail to the address info@aquapalace.cz . The Participant shall have right to waive his/her agreement with the aforementioned processing of his/her personal data by sending an e-mail message to the address info@aquapalace.cz.
Further Arrangements
The Participant shall get the right on relevant benefit by acquiring the determined number of points. Such right shall not be enforceable by action. The Organizer of the Customer Loyalty Program of GMF Aquapark Prague, a.s., reserves the right to amend General Conditions and Rules of the Customer Loyalty Program. The Organizer also reserves the right to terminate the Customer program. The Organizer shall notify the Participants about termination of this Program by means of the website www.aquapalace.cz at least 30 days in advance. Upon termination of the Customer Loyalty Program the Participant shall have right to use the benefits of relevant level for the period of 3 months from the date of termination.Information and Contact to Organizer

General Provisions
- The Customer Loyalty program is organized by GMF Aquapark Prague, a.s., with registered office at Masarykovo nábřeží 28, 110 00 Prague 1, business identification No. 27642127, registered in the Companies Register kept by Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 11 435 (hereinafter only “Organizer”) at the territory of the Czech Republic as gratuity to visitors for their purchase of services provided by Aquapalace Praha.
- These Rules determine conditions of participation in the Program. By enforcing his/her right on the relevant benefit, the Participant agrees with all the terms and conditions of participation in the Program. The conditions of the Customer Loyalty Program are specified in detail at www.aquapalace.cz. Their full version is also available at the Organizer's premises at the address: Aquapalace Praha, Pražská 138, 251 01 Říčany – Čestlice.
- The Customer Loyalty Program is designed for visitors of the Water World of Aquapalace Praha, individuals of over 18 years of age, permanently or temporarily residing at the territory of the CR.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Program Rules any time in course of its effectiveness.
Program Rules
- The program shall be initiated on 1st May 2009 and shall stay in force until its termination by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program at its discretion. Termination of the Program shall be notified of at least 30 days in advance on the website www.aquapalace.cz . Upon termination of the Customer Loyalty Program the Participant shall have right to use the benefits of relevant level for the period of 3 months from the date of termination.
- The Participant shall be an individual signing up for the program by submitting his/her filled-in Customer Card and by drawing of the relevant benefit.
- Signing up for the Customer Loyalty Program is fully voluntary.
- The Organizer shall communicate with the Participant by means of the internet address www.aquapalace.cz. The Organizer shall have right to select also other means of communication, e.g. by phone or in written.
- Upon purchase of the services specified in Article 7 of these Rules the Participant receives 1 point (1 label) for each CZK 100 repaid.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for the loss or damage of the Customer Card and/or labels. The benefit shall not be awarded in case the Customer Card or the loyalty labels are damaged or forged.
- The Program Participants shall receive points for payments of the following Aquapalace Praha services in course of the Program effectiveness: a) admission to the Water World and saunas, b) payments in “wet” restaurant, Algida Bar, Coral Bar, Sauna Bar, c) payments for diving tube, and d) payments in “dry” restaurant in the entrance lobby.
- The points shall not awarded for payments of the group admission and school collectives admission.
- Validity of the Customer Card is indicated therein. The Participant shall collect points and draw relevant benefits by termination of the Card validity.
- The Organizer reserves the right to award extra points to the Participants within the scope of one-time actions that will be notified of at www.aquapalace.cz . The extra points are awarded at the Organizer's discretion.
- Selection of the benefit level is at the Participant's discretion. The Participant shall have right to draw benefits corresponding with the quantity of collected points (stuck labels in the Customer Card).
- Once in a month and by the 10th day upon conclusion thereof, the Organizer shall perform drawing of the Customer Cards applied in course of the completed month. The winner shall be contacted according to the contact data indicated on his/her Customer Card. The Organizer shall have right do select different gifts for each month. The specific gift for the current month shall be notified of at the website www.aquapalace.cz.
- The Organizer shall be obliged to inform the winner in written at the e-mail address indicated by the Participant in his/her Customer Card and to agree on the date and way of the gift handover.
- The Participant shall not have right to require the points or gift exchange for their cash equivalent.
- The Organizer's responsibility for the sent gifts ceases to exist upon dispatching of the postal packet. The deliverer shall henceforth bear responsibility for miscarriage, damage or loss of this postal packet.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for any damage arisen to the Program Participants in relation with the gifts usage.

- The Participant shall be obliged to meet his/her tax liabilities in the extent and at conditions provided for by the Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended.
- The Organizer shall decide about the contingent exclusion of any Participant from this Program. The Participant may be excluded for breach of any of the Program Rules. The Organizer shall also have right to exclude the Participant from the Program in case he/she impairs the Organizer's reputation or brand. The points account of the Participant excluded from the program shall be cancelled by the Organizer upon such exclusion. Henceforth, the Participant shall not have right on further usage of the points acquired in the past.
